Animon A

Animon A is an experienced escalation manager specializing in cloud support and managed services at Fiserv since April 2021. Prior to this role, Animon A served as the manager of service operations at Rave Technologies, focusing on service delivery within ITIL processes. Animon A's expertise in IoT technology was developed while working as a delivery manager at Unlimit. A strong background in telecom service operations was gained through various positions at Indusface, where Animon A advanced from engineer to senior technical lead. Previous roles at OnMobile Global Limited and One97 Communications provided foundational experience in operations engineering and technical support within core network and telecom applications.
