Audra Armeli serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Fiserv, overseeing legal issues for the Bank Solutions division of a Fortune 250 fintech company. With a career at Fiserv beginning in March 2010, primary responsibilities include managing contracting, compliance, intellectual property, M&A, and litigation, as well as driving efficiency in resource utilization and technology. Prior positions include Corporate Counsel at Fidelity National Information Services and Associate roles at Cook & Franke, S.C. and Emile Banks & Associates, LLC.
