Barbara Pepin

Barbara Pepin is a Senior Project Manager at Fiserv, where they oversee critical project initiatives. Previously, Barbara served as a Senior Consultant at Next Step International, Inc., leading large-scale software conversion projects and conducting comprehensive research to guide strategic planning. Barbara also held the position of Warranted Level II Contracting Officer at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, managing over 400 contracts valued at more than $600 million and earning multiple Star Awards for outstanding service. Early in their career, Barbara worked at Open Solutions Inc., where they advanced from Technical Project Manager to a role overseeing various project initiatives. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science in American Studies from Saint Joseph College and is currently pursuing intensive studies in economics, finance, and management at the New England School of Banking at Williams College.
