Ben Barada

Ben Barada is a Senior Citrix Engineer at Fiserv, where they currently enhance Citrix environments. With extensive experience as a Windows Systems Administrator, Ben has worked in multi-cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and AWS, and has supported Citrix migrations and new builds for several years. Previously, Ben held various positions ranging from Technical Support Specialist to Systems Administrator across multiple companies, such as Ascend Technologies and Data Axle. Ben holds an AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification and is working towards a Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification, expected to be completed by the end of October 2023. Ben earned an Associate's degree in Applied Science for Information Technology from Southeast Community College.
