Cedric Franklin

Cedric Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Technical Project Management at Fiserv since April 2018, Cedric leads key initiatives involving credit card processing and mobile applications while managing a globally distributed team and overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets. Prior to Fiserv, Cedric held the position of Senior Program Manager at The Home Depot, leading software and mobile app development projects, and Senior Project Manager roles at both ADP and American Express, where Cedric oversaw technology project execution and established best practices. Cedric's career began as a Developer/Programmer at Accenture and included project management experiences in HRIS implementation at Ceridian Employer Services. Cedric holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Georgia.
