Danielle Lashley

Danielle Lashley is the Vice President of Product & User Research at Fiserv, where they lead a product team that supports a financial technology platform for 400,000 merchants and processes over $100 billion in annual credit card payments. With a background in finance and human-centered design, Danielle has transformed the software development lifecycle through user research and systematized feature prioritization. They began their career as a research analyst at PL Capital, LLC, and later served as a Service Design Intern at Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation, where they improved patient experiences. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College and a Master's in Integrated Product Design from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, they enjoy creating handmade art and live in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
