Dawn Baxter is currently the Director of System Operations at Fiserv, where they oversee critical IT functions. Prior to this role, Dawn spent 18 years at First Data Corporation, rising through various positions from Operator to IT Manager and ultimately IT Director in the Global Command Center. Their extensive experience in managing day-to-day operations of IBM Mainframes has equipped them with a strong foundation in technology leadership.
