Edward Dimin

Edward Dimin has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as the Workforce Manager for Compliance, Workflow, and Technology at Fiserv since July 2015. Prior to this role, Edward worked at Cardinal Health from November 2006 to July 2015, where responsibilities included supervising a team focused on tactical contact center operations, encompassing call routing, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring. Edward also held various positions at CheckFree, including Traffic Analyst, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin University, completed in 2002. Additional education was obtained at Kent State University from 1990 to 1994.
