Eilís Tyrrell

Eilís Tyrrell has over a decade of experience in client relations and support roles, primarily within the OmniPay platform at Fiserv since February 2012, where responsibilities have included managing client accounts, coordinating reviews, and analyzing client queries. Eilís began as a Client Relations Agent and advanced to roles such as Manager Client Relations, overseeing communication with clients and leading a team. Additional experience includes serving as a Poll Clerk during elections in 2016 and 2018, managing voter processes, and a brief tenure in programme integration at ESB. Eilís holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree in General Business from Waterford Institute of Technology.
