Eric Klein

Eric Klein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partner development, account management, and project management within various industries. Currently serving as an ISV Partner Development Executive at Fiserv since November 2020 and previously as the ISV Operations Manager for Clover Connect, Eric has demonstrated a strong background in consultative sales and relationship management during tenure at APCO Insurance and Colorado Insurance. Prior to these roles, Eric held a senior business analyst position at Western Union, functioning as a customer success manager, and directed operations at SSP Innovations, overseeing project management teams and resource planning. Eric's career also includes project management roles at Insight Global and Cricket Communications, successfully leading cross-functional teams to implement new software products and streamline billing processes.
