Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the legal field. Eric started their career as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 1999 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Fiserv, where they have held various roles and steadily progressed in their career. Eric started as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, then became Vice President of Investor Relations. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel. In 2021, they became Senior Vice President, Co-General Counsel, and Secretary, and in 2023 they assumed their current role as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Eric Nelson has extensive experience in corporate law and leadership roles within the legal department.

Eric Nelson received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Asian Studies (Japanese) from Dartmouth College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Eric then pursued further education at Pepperdine Law from 1996 to 1999, earning their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
