Erica Eidson

Erica Eidson, MPA, has a diverse background in operations, quality management, and engineering within various sectors, including automotive, municipal services, and technology. At General Motors, Erica participated in a cooperative manufacturing engineering program that integrated students into the auto industry. Subsequent roles included serving as a Water Operator Assistant for the City of Mt. Pleasant, a Quality Analyst and Quality Manager at Knight Facilities Management, and Vice President at Exela Technologies and Fiserv, overseeing operations and quality in print and mail services. Additional experience includes working as a Third Party Auditor at BSI and Director of Operational Compliance at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, where Erica emphasized compliance and continuous improvement across multiple contracts.
