Ganesh Viswanathan is a seasoned credit risk professional with significant experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Credit Risk and Credit Risk Product Strategist at Fiserv since July 2021, Ganesh focuses on product design, leveraging market trends and user experience to develop next-generation credit decision solutions. Prior to this, Ganesh held positions as Sr Credit Risk Manager at Kforce Inc, where strategies were designed to mitigate fraud and credit losses for USAA, and as Credit Risk Manager at Capgemini, responsible for analyzing and implementing credit and fraud strategies for credit card customer acquisition. With foundational experience as a Senior System Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions and a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems Ltd, Ganesh possesses a strong technical background complemented by a Master's degree in Finance from Georgia State University, a Master’s in Computer Applications from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
