Gary Gillen

Gary Gillen is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment functions, process improvement, and project management. At Fiserv, they currently serve as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, managing recruitment for the Client Care Organization and Global Contingent Worker Program. Previously, Gary held various leadership positions at Fiserv, including Program Director and Director of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise, where they streamlined processes and developed strategic partnerships. Gary's earlier experience includes serving as Partnership Manager at Adecco Employment Services, overseeing the recruitment for multiple client sites. Gary earned an MS in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a BS in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
