Jack Wightman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Fiserv since November 1997, Wightman has held various senior positions, including general counsel for a business unit generating approximately $2 billion in annual revenue. Prior to Fiserv, Wightman worked as an attorney at Kutak Rock from September 1993 to November 1997, representing financial institutions and corporate clients in securitizations and public finance transactions. Wightman's career began as a law clerk for Judge Thomas Shanahan of the Nebraska Supreme Court from September 1992 to August 1993.
