Javier Miranda is an accomplished Cyber Security Leader with extensive experience in managing cybersecurity governance and security operations for core financial systems, driving a significant portion of America’s money movement. They previously held roles at Citi, where they managed IT infrastructure, and at Fiserv, where they currently lead information security initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams to mitigate cyber risks. Javier earned a Master of Science in Information Security from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems from Universidad del Turabo, demonstrating a strong academic background in technology and security.
