Jennifer has extensive experience in team leadership and employee development, having worked at UBS and Thomson Reuters in various managerial capacities. Currently, Jennifer is the Director of Customer Experience at Fiserv, advising clients on leveraging solutions for their financial growth. Jennifer is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Montclair State University.
