Jim Coll is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems management, cloud services, and engineering. Beginning a career at IBM Ireland as a Systems Management Specialist from August 1997 to August 2005, Jim transitioned to Suncorp Group, focusing on Cloud Services Automation from November 2005 to May 2013. Jim then served as Principal Architect at Mastercard from November 2013 until April 2021 before taking on the role of Director of Builders Cloud at Mastercard from March 2021 to May 2022. Currently, Jim is the Director of Engineering Services (DevOps) at Fiserv since May 2022. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Applications with 1st Class Honours from Dublin City University, completed in 1997.
