Joanne Tan

Joanne Tan is an experienced Human Resources professional specializing in business partnership and transformation. They served as a Senior HR Generalist for Asia at U21GLOBAL from 2005 to 2011, and later held various positions at Fiserv, including HR Operations and Payroll Director, where they led the Center of Excellence for HR Operations and Payroll for the APAC region from 2017 to 2021. Joanne also contributed to corporate culture and employee engagement initiatives as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at the National Healthcare Group from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Joanne is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at RMIT University, as well as a Diploma in Business, Human Resources Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
