Jonathan Lapid has extensive experience in application support and system administration across various companies. Beginning as a System Administrator at AT&T from September 1996 to October 1999, Jonathan progressed through several roles including Systems Analyst at IBM and Senior BizOps Engineer at Mastercard. From November 2016 to July 2020, Jonathan served as an Application Support Engineer at PNC, and held similar positions at Luxottica and Verizon. Jonathan's recent roles include Application Support Engineer at Enterprise Solutions Inc. and Wipro, before returning to Fiserv in November 2023 as a Senior Application Support Engineer, providing support for the Front End engineering group within Fiserv’s Global Business Solutions.
