Jonathan Lin

Jonathan Lin is a Technical Support Engineer at Fiserv, where they currently work as a Tier 2 Client Support Professional. Previously, they gained experience through internships and volunteer work, including improving the efficiency of accident report processing at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and coordinating large events as an English teacher with CRRS Project Shine. Jonathan also served as a Licensing Consultant at CB Firm LLC, where they created and renewed licenses for numerous clients, generating significant profit. They hold a degree in Computer Science from St. John's University and are pursuing a master's degree in Machine Learning at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
