Jose Cadena

Jose Cadena is a bilingual executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience in collections, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Collections, Analytics and Technology at Fiserv. They previously held senior positions at various organizations, including Chief Operating Officer at Fortress Investment Group and Managing Director at Cabot Financial Spain, where they managed significant P&L responsibilities and drove substantial gross collections. Jose holds two Master’s degrees, one in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ESEI International Business School, and another in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Camilo José Cela.
