Client Technical Support Engineer - Lead at Fiserv

Joseph Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Joseph started their career as a Summer Intern at Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center in 2015. In 2017, Joseph worked as a Junior Datacenter Technician at Carroll-Net, Inc. and later took on the role of Datacenter Technician. In 2018, they joined the same company as a Jr. Systems Administrator, where they re-engineered the systems setup and migrated to a new ticketing system. In the same year, Joseph also had an Independent Study at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they gained proficiency in tools used in DevOp practices. In 2019, they joined ConnectiveRx as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer and was responsible for managing the Companies Monitoring System and creating monitoring solutions. Currently, Joseph is working at Fiserv as a Technical Engineer and has been promoted to the role of Client Technical Support Engineer - Lead, starting in October 2021.

Joseph Daniel completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at the same institution from 2018 to 2019.
