Kim Hoefer

Kim Hoefer is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the fintech and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Fiserv since July 2009, Kim leads recruitment efforts for a global organization with a workforce of approximately 44,000 associates. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Fiderion Group, Senior Associate at Handler & Associates, Vice President at KornFerry International, and Consultant at AT Kearney. Kim began a career in finance as a Researcher at Morgan Stanley. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tufts University.
