Larry Richards

Larry Richards is a seasoned Senior Project Portfolio Manager, currently leading the Project Management Office at Fiserv, where they oversee a team of 25 project managers and coordinators. With extensive experience in project and program management, they previously held roles including Director of Program Portfolio Management at Maxar Technologies and Sr. Program Manager at U.S. Special Operations Command. Larry is a Marine Corps veteran with a strong background in managing complex projects and capital investments, achieving significant improvements in project delivery and efficiency throughout their career. Currently, they are pursuing a BA in Foreign Service & International Relations at Penn State University and an MBA at Regis University.
