Lori McGuire

Lori McGuire is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv since July 2019. Prior to this, Lori held various positions at First Data Corporation, starting as a Professional Recruiter and advancing to Human Resources Manager, Director, and ultimately contributing as HR business partner for multiple senior leaders within the organization. Lori's expertise includes workforce transformation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR process efficiency, with a proven track record of supporting large employee populations across multiple states. Additionally, Lori has been involved with Borsheims Fine Jewelry & Gifts since 1989, managing hiring and employee relations. Lori earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
