Previously, they served in the U.S. Navy for 12 years, leading high-performing teams in complex operations and achieving significant cost savings and operational readiness. Matthew's experience includes roles such as Team Leader and Operations Manager aboard naval vessels and as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science, where they taught leadership, management, and naval operations. With an MBA and Lean Six Sigma training, Matthew is dedicated to leveraging data and process improvement to deliver superior value for clients and stakeholders.
