Mike Muñoz

Mike Muñoz is an operations manager at Fiserv, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior and mid-level leadership roles. Previously, they held positions such as small business sales and training manager at American Express and admissions and programs advising team lead at Kaplan University, where they excelled in team development and achieving sales goals. Mike has also contributed significantly to Miami Herald Media Company as a division sales manager. Currently, they are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, HR, at Florida International University, in addition to an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University.
