Phil Hughes, PMP, is a Senior Director in Enterprise Portfolio Management with over 20 years of professional experience. They have significant expertise in leadership, analytics, and strategic development across various military and corporate sectors, including roles in the US Army, First Data Corporation, and Fiserv. Hughes has managed extensive projects and programs, leading teams that drive transformational change, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. They also hold a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and are pursuing multiple master’s degrees in Educational and Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia.
