Pragya Joshi

Pragya Joshi is a Technical Lead at Fiserv, where they focus on advancing the commercial lending team, enhancing user experiences, and migrating to API-based microservices architectures. Previously, Pragya held roles as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services and as a Senior Test Engineer at Sopra Banking Software, where they were involved in product quality assurance and requirement gathering. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and completed an Executive Program in Product Management at XLRI Delhi-NCR. Pragya is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
