Rhonda Johnson

Rhonda Johnson is a Director of Project Management with extensive experience in problem solving, project management, and process improvement. They began their career at West Corporation, where they served as a Client Support Trainer and later an Account Manager, focusing on IVR projects and client services. Rhonda transitioned to Experis IT as a Project Management Consultant before joining First Data Corporation as a Senior Project Manager in 2012. Currently, they also hold the position of Program Director at Fiserv, continuing to leverage their skills in portfolio management and training.
