Richard Shaw

Richard Shaw currently serves as IT Director at Fiserv, a position held since July 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Information Services Manager (Application Development) at West Corporation from November 2010 to July 2018, where responsibilities involved overseeing the design and development of IVR systems and ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. Additionally, Richard worked at First Data Corporation from May 2005 to November 2010 as Manager of Systems Development for Voice Technology, where a Standardized Project Development Methodology was created and a team of developers was led to build an advanced outbound application. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1987 and 1991.
