Ryan Pagan

Ryan Pagan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in client service, operations, and finance across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as SVP, Head of Client Service & Delivery at Fiserv since July 2016, Ryan oversees a $150M expense budget and a team of approximately 1,000 associates, aligning operations with an $8B revenue base. Previous roles include SVP, Client Implementations at Fiserv, and SVP, Risk Executive at Bank of America, where Ryan managed critical risk forecasting and planning processes. Earlier positions at Ally involved overseeing corporate-wide loan and lease loss reporting and strategic growth initiatives. Ryan began a career at GMAC Bank and Bank of America, focusing on corporate transitions and loan syndications. Ryan holds a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.
