Sally Williams

Sally Williams has extensive customer service experience, beginning with a retail management role at W Waide Pollards & Sons Ltd. from June 1983 to September 1985, where responsibilities included stock control and hiring. From 2003 to 2006, Sally worked at PC World in customer service, handling various shop floor duties, sales, and administrative tasks. Since joining First Data Corporation in November 2006, Sally has progressed from a Merchant Service helpdesk assistant, where responsibilities included managing numerous client calls, to the role of Senior Client Service Executive, focusing on resolving client inquiries through direct communication. Additionally, Sally has served as a card specialist at Fiserv.
