Sean O'Neil

Sean O'Neil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions strategy and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of M&A Strategy for Global Business Solutions at Fiserv, Sean also holds the position of Co-Head of Retail ISO Solutions. Previously, Sean was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at MerchantPro Express. In addition to these roles, Sean is an author and speaker, contributing insights through "Bare Knuckle People Management: Creating Success with the Team You Have," and serves on the advisory board of Gemm Learning. Sean's legal foundation was built as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law.
