STACEY M. BAILEY

Stacey M. Bailey is a collaborative project consultant with a seven-year track record in program and portfolio management. A business strategist and project manager, they excel in driving performance across large and mid-size organizations by applying PMO standards to operational projects. Previously, they managed a $150 million IT infrastructure portfolio at MetLife and built a non-profit PMO at Kingdom Power, achieving significant productivity and cost savings. Stacey currently serves as a Project Management Senior Professional at Fiserv and continues to enhance their education at Seton Hall University while also holding a degree in Digital Marketing from General Assembly.
