Subbu Muthukumar is currently the Director of Technology Operations at Fiserv, bringing over thirteen years of diverse experience in technology operations and IT management. Previously, Subbu held various roles, including IT Process Manager at Volvo Cars and IT Project Manager at Cox Communications, where significant process improvements and automation initiatives reduced operational inefficiencies. With expertise in ServiceNow, RPA tools, and continuous service improvement methodologies, Subbu has consistently enhanced team efficiency and service delivery across multiple organizations. Subbu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and has continually demonstrated a commitment to driving technical excellence and client satisfaction.
