Susan Clark

Susan Clark is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in disaster recovery and business continuity, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Disaster Recovery at Fiserv since January 2020. Prior roles include Vice President of Enterprise Business Continuity at Fiserv and various leadership positions at First Data Corporation, including VP of Application Operations and VP of Terminal Technology. Additional experience includes positions at Efacec USA, LEPService, and MEAG Power, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to engineering. Susan Clark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University.
