Tavis Willingham has over three decades of experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as Director of Technology & Operations and Product Manager at Fiserv since July 2019. Previously, Tavis held the position of Product Manager at First Data Corporation from April 2016 to July 2019 and spent over 21 years at Verizon as a Group Manager, where a significant achievement included developing a best-in-class team for customer care initiatives. Tavis began a career as a Manager and IT Systems Analyst at American Tele Response/ICT Group from 1987 to 1994. Tavis holds an Associate of Arts degree in Data Processing from Hagerstown Community College, completed between 1985 and 1989.
