Thomas Jessen

Thomas Jessen is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in infrastructure engineering and network support. Currently serving as Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Fiserv since October 2010, Thomas has held several positions including Platform Engineering Manager and Sr Network Engineer, where responsibilities include designing and supporting globally distributed enterprise networks, maintaining PCI compliance, and administering VMware virtualization environments. Prior experience includes working as a Network Analyst at FIS, where project management and product development were key functions, and as a Network/ATM Support technician at Metavante Banking Solutions, providing 24/7 technical support. Thomas began his career as an IT Specialist at the University of Central Florida, supporting a diverse user base and maintaining computer systems. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida and an Associates of Arts from Edison State Community College.
