Thomas Wight

Thomas Wight possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and security operations, highlighted by a tenure at the U.S. Marshals Service from 1989 to 2016 in various leadership roles, including Deputy Assistant Director of Judicial Operations and Chief Inspector of the Witness Security Program. Wight has demonstrated expertise in managing critical programs related to federal judiciary security and crisis response, overseeing significant operational divisions and developing training initiatives. Since 2020, Wight has served as Director of Security at Fiserv, following a consulting role with TW Protective Solutions, LLC. Wight holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore.
