Tom Borcherding

Tom Borcherding is an experienced professional in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as the Issuing Service Level Governance Lead at Fiserv since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tom was the Engineering Manager at Gravity Payments from September 2021 to February 2024. Tom's extensive career at Fiserv began in February 1997, where roles included Client Service Executive until September 2021. Additionally, Tom held various positions at First Data, including Client Service Executive, IT Director, IT Manager, and Application Architect from February 1997 to July 2019. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tom also completed the AIM Leadership Academy program.
