William Wong

William Wong is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Merchant Solutions at Fiserv. With extensive experience, they previously held roles including VP of Talent Acquisition, where they guided organizations through various economic cycles, and Director at netPolarity, Inc., where they oversaw national staffing programs. William co-founded Rivalution, Inc., pioneering initiatives in the e-sports industry, and began their career as a Systems Administrator for the City of LA. They hold a degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and are pursuing a Bachelor's in Organizational Psychology and Development at American InterContinental University, graduating summa cum laude in 2008.
