Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is a Senior Vice President at Fishbeck, where they assist municipalities with master planning their utility systems, focusing on asset management and inflow and infiltration control programs. Previously, from 1992 to 2002, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech, preparing utility master plans and designing utility improvements for multiple communities. Jeff also held the position of Vice President at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. since 2002. They earned their degree from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
