Daria Loi

Daria Loi, Ph.D. has a wealth of experience in the field of user experience. Daria currently serves as Vice President, Head of User Experience at Fishtail, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of the Board of Directors at DemocracyLab (2019), Honorary Professor of Practice at the University of Newcastle (2019), a member of the Client Advisory Board at Course5i (2020), a columnist for the Editorial Team at ACM Interactions (2020), Experience Maker at Studio Loi (2019), a member of the Executive Council at CETI (2019), Sr. Director Head of Innovation at Avast (2021), Head of Design & People Experiences and Head of Product Design, Emerging Technologies at Mozilla (2019), and Principal Engineer (Sr. Director), Design|UX, Intel Labs, Principal Engineer (Sr Director), UX Innovation, Client Computing Group, Research Scientist, Interactions & Experiences Research, Intel Labs, and Research Scientist, User Experience Group, Digital Home at Intel Corporation (2006).

Daria Loi, Ph.D. obtained their PhD in Design and Management from RMIT University. Daria also holds a BArch in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano.
