Barbara Rossmann's work experience begins in 1995 as a Product Manager at CIC. Barbara then joined 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment in 1997, where they served in various roles including Senior Product Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and eventually Head of Retail Marketing. During their time at 20th Century Fox, they restructured the trade marketing department, defined retail marketing strategies, and managed budgets and campaigns. In 2013, Rossmann moved to Mattel as a Retail Development Manager, where they led the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for licensing in various categories. Barbara is currently working at Fiskars Group as a Senior Manager Marketing Activation/Marketing Lead for their Gardening division in DACH, responsible for executing commercial strategies, pricing, distribution, and marketing execution.

Barbara Rossmann obtained their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sience, Frankfurt, between 1987 and 1990. Barbara also holds a certification as an Online Marketing Manager from the Akademie der Deutschen Medien gGmbH, obtained in 2018.
