Jacob Melander has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Director, Legal Europe at Fiskars Group since August 2024. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Georg Jensen from August 2013 to September 2024 and Legal Manager at Georg Jensen HQ on secondment in July 2012. Jacob began as a Junior Associate at Mazanti-Andersen, Korsø Jensen & Partners from February 2005 to February 2008, later becoming an Associate Partner at the same firm from January 2013 to July 2013. Early in the legal career, Jacob worked as a Paralegal at Forsikring & Pension from 2000 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Københavns Universitet, as well as completing LL.M classes at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law in 2003.
