Mari Suhonen possesses extensive experience in business process management and consultancy, currently serving as a Business Process Consultant at Fiskars Group since 2015. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Commercial Excellence and Global Process Owner for Order to Cash at Microsoft, where Mari was instrumental in managing and optimizing supply chain processes during the integration of Microsoft and Nokia. Additionally, Mari's tenure at Nokia spanned over a decade, encompassing key positions as Chief Process Owner for Supply Chain and various process owner roles focused on demand fulfillment, consumer delivery, and care services, leading significant process and IT solution developments. Educational qualifications include a Business College Graduate in Marketing from the University of Oulu and Commercial College of Raahe.
