Michael Rossi

Michael Rossi is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and infrastructure. Since February 2017, Michael has served as a Senior IT Manager at Fiskars Group, focusing on IT customer satisfaction, adherence to ITIL processes, and governance within the IT operations vendor landscape. Previously, at WWRD US, LLC from 1999 to February 2017, Michael held several key positions, including IT Site Manager and Global Telecommunications & NA Infrastructure Manager, where responsibilities included managing IT business systems, infrastructure, and developing global strategies for IT services. Michael holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Netcom Learning and is pursuing further education at Pace University.
