Alejandro Ruiz is an experienced electrical systems architect currently serving as the Associate Director of EE Systems Architecture at Fisker Inc, where leadership is provided to a team of EE Architects across three continents in defining the electrical architecture for future products, including optimization of the Fisker Ocean's existing architecture. Prior to Fisker, Alejandro held the position of Senior Project Engineer at General Motors for over 17 years, specializing in electrification and electrical systems architecture. Additional experience includes roles at Visteon Corporation as a Project Engineer focused on HVAC systems electronics, K & S Wiring Systems as a Design Engineer for wiring harnesses, General Motors de México as a Project Design Engineer leading the electrical architecture for full-size vans, and Nissan Mexicana as a Design Engineer for wiring and HVAC systems. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca and a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México.
